SMS opt-in disclosure
How Integritos Real Estate collects consent to send text messages — published for carrier review, and for anyone who wants to see exactly what they agreed to.

How opt-in happens
A consumer visits https://listprice.info and enters a residential property address to request a home value estimate. They see an estimated range straight away, before any contact detail is asked. To get the full report they enter one contact detail, no name: their own mobile number with “Text me my report”, or their email with “Email it instead”. The mobile number is never required to receive the report.
Directly under the “Text me my report” button is the verification disclosure below. Pressing the button sends one numeric verification code through Twilio Verify; entering it opens the report on screen. Once toll-free verification is approved, one text follows right after the code with the link to that report (“Integritos Real Estate: your requested home value report is ready: https://listprice.info/r/… Reply STOP to opt out.”). Nothing else is sent. There is no marketing checkbox on this screen.
On the report, the broker's box invites the consumer to verify the home's details and schedule a walk-through. There are no checkboxes. Calls and texts from the brokerage are a separate, optional button, “Have Peter call or text me”, shown only once the mobile is verified, with the consent text directly under it (below). Tapping it is the consent; it is never required to save details, book, or receive the report. Email carries the report and occasional value updates under this notice: “Your report and occasional value updates from Peter come by email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.” Every page links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and the report carries a link that stops all contact in one action.
Required consent — report delivery and verification

Optional consent — marketing
Collected only by tapping its own optional button in the broker's box on the report, after the requested report has been delivered, and only for a mobile number the consumer has verified. It is not required to receive the report, the code or a walk-through.
