Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Integritos Real Estate, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage (brokerage licence CQ1070192). Integritos Real Estate is a registered fictitious name of Integritos LLC. Mobile information

We never share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

The property address you enter. Your name, and the mobile number and email address you choose to give us. Technical information about your visit, including IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on and the page you were on when you agreed to be contacted.

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your name, your email address and whether Google has verified it. We ask for nothing else: no contacts, no email content, no files. We do not post anything to your Google account.

If you correct your home’s details on your report, or tick things like a pool or a new roof, we keep what you told us and pass it to Peter for the walk-through and his price opinion. Your corrections never change the estimate shown online.

We count page visits and measure how fast pages load, using our host’s privacy-friendly analytics. It sets no cookies, does not identify you, and never sees your report link or contact details.

When you agree to anything on this site, we store the exact wording that was on your screen at that moment, together with the date, time and the technical details above. We keep the record of what you declined as well as what you accepted.

Why we collect it

To produce the Integritos Home Value Report you asked for, to confirm that the phone number or email address you gave us actually reaches you, to send a few short follow-up emails about your home (every one can be stopped), to contact you by phone only if you asked to be contacted, and to keep a record of your permission.

Who else sees it

We use outside services to run the site: address lookup, property data, text and email delivery, Google sign-in if you choose it, our scheduling service (Calendly) if you book a time with us, and our own customer records system. To show your area we send only the home’s map location to public map services (FEMA’s flood map and OpenStreetMap), never your name or contact details. They process your information on our instructions only, for the purposes above. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your information is not passed to any mortgage business.

Stopping contact

Reply STOP to any text message, reply "stop" to any email, or use the stop-all-contact link on your report page. Either one ends everything: text messages, emails and calls. You do not have to opt out separately on each channel. Reply HELP to a text, or write to support@listprice.info, if you need help.

The monthly email about your home’s value has its own one-click unsubscribe link, which stops that email only.

Calls and non-verification messages are sent only between 8:00 and 20:00 in your own local time.

How long we keep it

Records of your permission are kept for at least 5 years after the last message we sent you, so that we can show what you agreed to and when. If you opt out, we keep the record of the opt-out too — that is how we make sure you are not contacted again.

Where we operate

This service is offered for Florida properties. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

Write to support@listprice.info to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will keep whatever we are required to keep to show your permission and your opt-out, and tell you plainly if that applies.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we contact you will not be applied to permission you already gave under different wording.
